Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa

This is a great place, especially if you’re attending an event at the stadium next-door. We are here for the NCAA Men’s Final Four and we were so happy we were able to get in here. Of course the location is fantastic, but so is the hotel in its own right. Since our last stay the entire hotel has been renovated... so nice. Our suite is excellent, well-maintained and serviced by their excellent housekeeping staff. Our housekeeper, Esperanza, couldn’t be better! The staff overall is amazing, they know what service is. We are especially impressed with the level of service each morning at breakfast as the F&B Director, Michael Winata, gets involved each day to personally make sure everything is just right, greeting us and the other guests. Bryce makes sure everything is restocked and perfect. Very impressive! We’ve stayed here before, and I’m still always impressed by their amazing staff. Now with the renovation, it's clearly head and shoulders above all the other places around. We love it here! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I traveled to Glendale for work at the expo hall inside the hotel. Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa was, by far, the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful if I needed something. The amenities were plentiful. The pool was so relaxing. The restaurants offered a variety of great food. As for the room that I stayed in...wow! There was a really nice balcony outside my room that gave me a great view of Westgate! I would recommend to anyone that is staying in Glendale to stay here!

I was not a guest of the hotel but attended a conference there last week. The hotel is clean and great for large meeting. The staff at the front desk and valet desk were friendly and very helpful. I was also thankful to meet bartender Aaron. He was very knowledgeable about the origins of beers on tap and helpful in recommending places to visit. But mostly, he made everyone feel welcome. Great staff and venue!
