Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix-Glendale

ello Fellow travelers. As a family trip to Glendale AZ . Found this hidden gem Holiday inn express & suites. What can i say they welcome me and my family with excellent customer service experience. Spoke with Alice G. She went out of her way to attend my request and made my family trip very pleasant and relaxing. This location has beautiful up to date rooms. And great service w amenities. There breakfast is great and warm. They have shuttle services. Located near is shopping outlets and outside activities to walk w my family. I had no issues with my reservation and my experience was much a 5 STAR well deserved. Definitely recommend and definitely coming back next year. Thank you very much Alice great experience management at its best.

Best hotel if you are going to a cardinal game! The hotel is close from west gate where you can find restaurants and entertainment. The breakfast had variety and each day they have different choices at the hot bar. Super clean, laundry on site helped us to get ready to continue the trip! We didn’t have time to check out the pool, but it looked nice. They also, have a free shuttle that takes you wherever you want within 2 miles radius.

From arrival to departure, my stay was great. The staff is very friendly and kind. A shout-out to Brad for being so accommodating, helpful, and welcoming! I would definitely stay here again.
