Marriott Jacksonville Downtown

Joshua, the valet guy was AMAZING!!! I personally don’t stay in the hotel, but I was the coordinator for a bride staying at the hotel and I needed to just stop by to drop some stuff off. Joshua knew I wasn’t going to be more than a few minutes and helped me out! I appreciate someone with good manners and being a “yes” person in this industry! Thanks Joshua! You might have made me book a room there soon!

Hotel is the best place to stay if you are going to see a show at the Jacksonville Performing Arts Center. Directly across the street. The hotel is fully furnished with all the amenities you would need during your stay. Very close to a variety of restaurants and businesses. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant. This is my go to Hotel when visiting downtown Jacksonville.

Hotel took very good care of me and my crew of 8. Pretty much did everything through the bonvoy chat app which made everything easy. Was able to get room keys made before arrival and staff was very accommodating.
