I have had the opportunity to work with Linda Castaneda, one of the designers at this store. It was such an amazing experience! I shared pictures and samples of what I was looking for and she "heard" me. She also let me walk around with her as she put ideas together so she could get my feedback. Without a doubt, best design appointment I have had with Floor & Decor. I walked out feeling confident about the choices that we made. I valued her input so much, I have had multiple appointments as we have worked through each of the projects in our house remodel. I can't wait to see it all come together. Thank you, Linda! I value you and appreciate all of the work you have done to make my projects a success.

First time remodeling our aging home we had no idea what we were doing. HIGHLY recommend Ryan! He was super helpful and patient with us and has the sweetest spirit! Also Sarah stepped in and offered great ideas! Both were lovely

MERCURY CARPET & FLOORING REVIEWS

I reached out to Mercury to see if they could cut and bind a rug that I was considering from Restoration Hardware. In addition to providing a quote, Cristal sent over some similar samples from Mercury. Whereas the RH rug was synthetic, Mercury’s looked identical and was true wool. They also allowed me to pick the exact thread and binding I wanted. Mercury’s product was more custom, higher quality, and a much better price. I was sold. Since then, I’ve used Mercury for many rugs and stairway runners. They have a huge selection and all of the staff are so friendly. They have saved me so much time and money over the years. If I just show Cristal a photo, she works her magic! She has a keen eye for detail and a memory that is truly impressive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mercury Carpet & Flooring is top notch quality and professionalism. We had carpet removed and wood floors put into our bedrooms. Crystal did a fantastic job providing samples to closely match the existing wood floors we had throughout the rest of our house. Robert and Chase did an amazing job installing the floors and were very courteous and kind. The floors turned out great and everything was cleaned up and put back into place when they were done. We would definitely use Mercury again. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

I have done business twice at the floor trader on beach blvd and Chip Cookston was so helpful and made our experience at the store so nice. We bought carpet, hard tile, hardwood, and eventually vinyl tile (Marquis) there. We have done our whole house. We would recommend Floor Trader on Beach Blvd to everyone. We felt that they really took care of us.

I was very impressed with my install crew, fast and efficient. Half the time and a cheaper price than other installers. Impressive showroom, and helpful/nice salesmen. I've shopped around, this is the best price and quality in Jacksonville.

I just recently purchased wood flooring at the Floor Trader store off of Beach Blvd. Jim was the salesperson that helped me and he was so nice and helpful. I am so pleased with my new floors and highly recommend them and Jim. I will definitely be going there again for our next project!
