Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel

Pleasant, friendly, helpful service. Clean, up to date rooms and facility. Okay, two negatives, location close to convention center but far from pretty much everything else. And wow, slowest elevator I've seen that was actually working. Overall experience was great, would stay again if using convention center. Trolley stop right outside gets you to the entertainment district/Beale Street. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

We had a great weeks stay at the Sheraton! The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfy. The air conditioner worked fine. The towels were soft. The TV was really big! The staff was very nice and helpful! We also ate at the restaurant and it was good and the servers were so nice!! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you need to be near the Cannon Center!

Every single staff member I’ve had conversations with is extremely friendly and informational! The staff is amazing. Bar prices seem pretty high but to be expected. The rooms weren’t horrible, our room could use some mattress updates as they seem “worn in” but not extremely uncomfortable. Everything is nice and clean.
