I cannot speak highly enough of this complex. From start to finish it has been flawless! We moved in today and have not one negative thing to say. I originally did my tour with Tessa. She was so kind and personable, we applied last week and were approved to move in today even with the holiday weekend. I have not have one negative interaction with any staff members here. They have all been lovely. Tessa personally took us to our unit upon move in to ensure the unit was in great condition. She inspected it first, then we went together. The complex itself is quiet, well-kept, and positive all around. I have rented for years prior to this complex and have never had this good of an experience anywhere. I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you Tessa for all of your exceptional service and hospitality.

My daughter lived here for two years while she was in grad school. We are from Michigan. As a parent I felt very comfortable with her living here. The office staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Had she taken a job in Memphis she would have stayed here. She always felt safe and I appreciated that being so far away.
