The Admiral Hotel

I would like to highlight the customer service we received during our stay, it was exceptional! From Krista modifying our reservation when Expedia couldn’t, to Chris allowing us to check in early, and lastly we didn’t get her name, but her email stated JBalloon, she was super friendly during check out and even gave our son a toy. Also, our room was very clean and comfortable! Thanks again for giving us an enjoyable stay.

This is our second time staying here and it never disappoints. We had an issue with our shower but the desk attendant “Rayne” was absolutely fantastic. We told him the issue and he bumped us to a Deluxe room, no extra charge and made sure we got everything moved to our new room. Price is great also. Even though they were renovating we still had a great time.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations right now, but I have stayed here a few times before that and have always enjoyed the experience. The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are cozy and comfortable and it’s in a great location. For me, it is personally a favorite whenever I am in Mobile!
