the absolute best experience ever at Goldstein’s! i needed my wedding ring repaired and they exceeded all expectations. the staff is incredible, they are the nicest people and SO helpful. would recommend them to anyone that needs a reliable jeweler! 10000/10 recommend!!!.

Chloe was super super helpful with what I wanted. I explained my budget and the type of jewelry I wanted. She didn't have exactly what I wanted in the store so she pulled out a catalog for me to select exactly what I wanted. My special order arrived in two days and me and my partner love it. My grandson found a special keepsake watch of his dad’s and it needed a battery. I had tried a couple places in the mall and they said they didn’t do that. I went to Kay Jewelers in the mall and they were more than happy to help me. They did it and the money went for a donation to St. Jude’s. Sami was so kind and helpful! it was such a refreshing experience in this world today! Thanks so much! Shelly Fischer.

We stopped here because my ring needed repairs. The associates told us they could send it off for the repairs, and since we were on vacation, they would even transfer it to our local Kay store when the repair was ready. They told us that all we would need to do was call them when we receive the email that it is ready. Unfortunately for us, they don't answer their phone. We have been attempting to contact them for 2 days now and NO ANSWER! So, here we are, states away with no ring on hand and no customer service on the store's side. We've even contacted the Kay Customer Service who promised they would have the store contact us, to no avail. I would have NEVER left my ring at this store had I known we wouldn't be able to contact them. SO FRUSTRATING!!.
