Hattie was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, walking us through all the options to ensure we found exactly what we wanted. We ultimately chose the Yorkshire Manor set, which looks stunningly rich and elegant. While I was focused on staying within budget, Frank was more concerned with the design and functionality. Thanks to Hattie’s clear explanation of options and costs, we decided on the complete king-size set with all seven pieces, as well as the Serta iComfort mattress that allows us to customize our individual comfort levels. Hattie was truly a gem, and we’ll definitely be asking for her again when it’s time to furnish other rooms in our home. Thank you for such a great experience.
