I’ve been living here for 6months, and the reason I wanted to move here was because of the community. Although there was a recent tragedy, which was domestic related, the community here gets along great, and it’s quiet. The staff is also very nice and helpful; so I feel comfortable here. They have the clubhouse which is a hangout spot I love and the business center and gym! The apartments are newly renovated, and everything really is nice. The only minor thing to me is the pest control. Given we live next to the woods, which I love, I know we can’t fully exterminate the insects, but there could be pest control coming regularly to help minimize, as we pay for that. I don’t have a major pest issue in the house, but as soon as I open my front door, there are spiders and spider webs right above my head, and it’s worrying because I don’t know what a poisonous spider looks like and doesn’t. Overall, I love these apartments, and I am happy with my decision to live here! Thanks.

I just love this place, you can do a lot of things here: is a tennis court and a huge swimming pool and outside front pavilion, and a fitness center that is open 24/7 also exist activities each month if you want to share with neighbors. Is a perfect place to live.

I was a little anxious when I showed up, I had a lot of questions and felt uncertain about the whole thing. The leasing specialist Amaya Wells was a huge help. She seemed happy to show me around and explain the application process. I was really impressed with the place, now I plan on moving in as soon as I can.

My friends and I moved in not too long ago. We absolutely love it here. The entire staff has such sweet personalities. Out of all the apartments we considered, this one definitely feels more home like. Along with all of the great perks (WiFi/cable, valet trash, speedy maintenance, pest control), they even have random days where they will have food trucks parked out front or they will even have a special event for residents in the office! I highly recommend Parkside at Cottage Hill!!.

I recently moved into my new apartment, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the spacious layout, modern finishes, and the abundance of natural light. The kitchen is a standout feature with its sleek appliances.I also appreciate the large closets and thoughtful storage solutions throughout the apartment. The community itself is wonderful , very quiet, friendly neighbors, and the management team has been incredibly responsive and welcoming. I also love the amenities, such as the fitness center, and the secure entry system, which make life here even more convenient.

I've had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex. Jennifer and Natalie have been incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to assist residents. The community is fantastic, and it's a great place to call home. Thomas from maintenance is extremely knowledgeable and always resolves any issues quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!.

Absolutely love these apartments, lived here before and never had any issues. Very clean and quiet apartments, I recently came back and so far they’ve been so helpful. Very quick with request! Samantha was absolutely so nice and helpful, the only apartments I’ve experience that actually works with you and show that they care. Definitely recommend staying here!.

I recently moved into The Crossings at Cottage Hill and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by the beautiful landscaping and modern amenities. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions or maintenance requests.

Been living here for over a year an a half now . Hands down the best place I’ve lived at so far ..&& I’m from California ! I’ve lived in nice places In Cali and living here really makes me feel at home . From the cozy and finely kept apartment complex to helpful staff ! The pool is my favorite spot after the gym . There’s a spa for your doggies too ! If I don’t buy a house next year I’m signing another year lease ! It’s in a nice quiet area ! Thank you @The crossings ! Get you an apartment!.
