I was drawn to Gibby's Towing because of their high review rating. Gibby's did not disappoint and completely lived up to their rating and reviews. They were able to respond to my call quickly to load my car on their truck. On the way to the dealership, I learned the owner of Gibby's responded to my call for assistance. Incredible customer service, very respectful and pleasant person to talk with on the drive. The truck was very clean which impressed me and was the first thing I noticed. Mr. Gibby takes pride in his company and it shows.

Jay with Gibby’s Towing is a great guy who helped me out tremendously tonight. I got a flat after a pair of needle nose pliers got lodged in my back tire on Broad Street. He arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected (thank you!) and got me to Pep Boys just in time for them to fix my tire before they closed. Jay is very polite and professional. So glad he was working tonight.

Top tier response time, excellent service, and the most ethical & understanding towing company that I have ever done business with! They definitely made me feel like my car troubles were their top priority, which greatly reduced the stress of an already stressful situation. I am forever grateful for the kindness & compassion shown to me by Zannie Gibby Pickens & Gibby's Towing.

Chris towed our car to Firestone on Wednesday. He is very professional and does a great job. Angelos kept me posted when they were en route and it didn’t take long at all before Chris arrived. I was pretty miffed at my situation but his positivity and easy going manner actually turned it into an enjoyable experience! Thanks Chris and Angelo’s.

I was stuck with a flat tire on a Sunday evening. Joshua from Angelo’s towing was extremely helpful with the entire process. He arrived on the site so fast, and he was extremely patient the entire time. He was able to bring my car back to my apartment with no problems, I would definitely recommend Joshua and the entire team at Angelo’s to anyone!

My daughter got a bit “off track”. Josh was awesome! Can’t thank him enough! Knowledge, punctual, professional, and very kind. My first time ever using AAA, man……so glad. Thank you so much.

Michael was amazing! He was very professional and went above and beyond to make my absolutely horrible day better! He changed my tire which was not at all his responsibility like a boss and smiled while doing it! They were very reasonable on their price and got my vote for the best tow company around besides mims towing in clanton Al , a little bias there considering my back other works there, if you need a wrecker and you call anyone besides bobs (Michael) your bad get overcharged and have an okay experience if you wanna I will call bobs and have my frown turned upside down Thankyou so much Michael for all your help! You rock!

Michael is such a polite well mannered man. I would recommend Bob's Towing to all of my family and friends. My son in law and his little family broke down and I was concerned about them. Michael made me feel comfortable knowing he was on the way to them and I did not have to leave work. He was the only tow service that I called out of 3 that answered my call. The others I was greeted with a voicemail. He picked up the car and the kids and took them home. AND the price was awesome! Thank you Michael. Makes me feel wonderful to know you are here in Mobile providing such professional service :)

Daughter goes to college in Alabama and we're in St. Louis. She was in an accident and bobs picked up the car and gave me an assessment of it and dropped it off at a shop for me. Super friendly and helpful! We need a Bob's in St Louis.
