Exceptional customer service from check in to check out. Receptionist remembered me from my stay last month and upgraded my room and gifted me a beautiful bottle of red wine. Room was meticulous, adorably decorated, and quiet. Upon check out, a taxi was called and I was given a bottle of water while waiting. Breakfast was top notch too! Plus, you can't beat the location. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Nice hotel. Room was huge and clean. Had two queen beds. Could have fit three. Very nice staff was courteous and helpful. Suggested several good restaurants and things to do. Security was good kept on top of who was entering and leaving hotel.

Beautifully maintained historic hotel and friendly staff. I loved the proximity to good restaurants. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe walking around outside and in the gym.
