Dust and Mop House Cleaning of Raleigh

I have never had a house cleaning come in my home before. I was skeptical and cautious. They kept coming up in my feed and I thought I’m getting company for Easter and would love to do it! The whole process was easy and flawless. Very respectful of your time. Communication was great. Very timely in their responses. I’ve had several cleanings with Dust and Mop, and it has always been a positive experience. Our cleaner Bra’e has done a fantastic job every time. She’s gone above and beyond to try to help us with a fruit fly infestation, she always asks clarifying questions to make sure we are ok with her work, and she is friendly to our cats. What I truly appreciate about Dust and Mop is their level of clear communication about cleaner expectations, they check in often and communicate any changes as they come up. It’s really been a load off my back since we hired them.

The entire Dust and Mop Team has been helpful! Christina and Erika did an excellent job during our initial clean! Highly recommend! They paid attention to our requests and definitely did a thorough cleaning. Our shower doors look incredible and they even folded our dog’s blanket and put it on her bed.
