We worked with Josh for a home inspection, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to examine every corner of the property. What we appreciated most was his communication style. Rather than just handing over a checklist, he walked us through his findings in plain English, explaining which items were simple maintenance fixes and which ones required more immediate attention. The final report was delivered quickly, filled with high-resolution photos and clear descriptions that made it easy to share with our contractor. These folks did an outstanding job. They arrived as scheduled. They did a very thorough job inspecting inside and out. And, they provided a very thorough analysis, with pictures, of their inspection and findings. I highly recommend this company.

Pillar to Post was great! They were extremely thorough, nice and knowledgeable about any questions I had about the inspection. I will use them for any future home inspection needs.

The inspector Tibi did a timely and thorough inspection. He reviewed initial findings with us and answered our questions. The online report was available right away and is helpful with pictures and measurements.

We hired Ben to do a home inspection on a new house we're buying. He showed up on time. Was very pleasant and professional. Answered all our questions and explained what he was doing and why. He didn't rush. He inspected the home with a fine tooth comb. He even found a small plastic bag of screws in the top of the chimney. I highly recommend Ben. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
