Bailey's Comfort Services

Thermostat on one of my units stopped receiving power from the unit, so the heater cut off and I couldn't get it powered back on. I called Bailey's to schedule a diagnostic and was amazed that they were able to get me a same day appointment, which was wonderful since temps are near freezing at night. Caleb showed up and was able to pinpoint the issue within the first few minutes on site and was very open and up front about everything he was going to do. He provided recommended services, but was not pushy to make a sale. Would highly recommend Bailey's and will definitely look them up again if something else pops up with my AC units.

Dealing with Bailey's has been a vary pleasant customer service experience. Tanner came out and evaluated my situation after which my options were presented thoroughly along with potential cost.Repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Excellent service.
