Benson's Heating and Air Conditioning

My service technician Nick and his new trainee Hunter were excellent and took great care during my regular maintenance appointment. As a trainer, I'm very supportive of education on the job - it can be a good proving ground for a new employee. Nick took the time to go step-by-step in their efforts, and Hunter was fully engaged in his learning. I've been a long-term customer of Benson's, and truly appreciate their company's support of education for all their technicians. Kudos to Nick and Hunter!

Aidan Downs was a "star" from the beginning of the bi-annual inspection of our heat/air unit. He called ahead, when he arrived on site Aidan explained what he was going to do and got right to it. After the job was complete Aidan explained the results of his checking/servicing the unit. We were very pleased.

Aidan was wonderful! He arrived within the time frame that was given, he did a great job and was very polite and respectful. I appreciated that he had booties on over his shoes.
