My wife and I just had our furnace and central air conditioner replaced yesterday. Everyone from Grapids was absolutely awesome! We joined their maintenance service plan which turned out to be a smart decision. Our existing equipment was inspected Thursday afternoon by Tanner. We learned that our equipment was in pretty bad shape so a visit by John took place later that evening. Due to excellent pricing and exceptional communication we purchased all new equipment. There was actually an opportunity for them to do the installation the very next day. Brady, our technician and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. The work was exceptional!! We are so pleased with our decision to purchase from Grapids. They get not only 5 stars but they get an extra 5 stars due to educating us on how things work and how to take care of it. Again, wonderful job you guys!! You’re the best.

We had them out for two Services in the same day. They first came out to replace a garbage disposal and later in the day to do a HVAC spring tune up. All 4 people that came were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all questions I had and were patient and respectful of our family and home. This was our first experience with Grapids and we are very satisfied and will for sure use them in the future when necessary!

Am so pleased with the plumbing repair work that Cohen and Mark did. They were knowledgable and answered all my questions. We even talked about future work and what I could expect as far as pricing. I am so happy I called Grapids, they will now be my go-to people. Thanks again guys!!
