Sears Heating and Cooling

Have been using Sears Heating and Cooling for over 20 years. Our furnace went out on a Friday morning on January and I called at 9:18 am asking for the likelihood someone could come out before the weekend. They said they could have someone out in the afternoon to take a look at it. In less than an hour, our man Josh was at our door and diagnosed it quickly. He walked us through our options. Didn’t hard sell us on anything and we have a brand new furnace that should last us for years to come. Professional and fast installation and answered every single question we had. Will continue to use the fine folks at Sears as long as I’m a homeowner.

Have been consistently very pleased with sears. Josh and Ramon have both been to our house multiple times and are trustworthy, honest, and very kind. Always feel very well taken care of and am given helpful info and recommendations, and it never feels like I’m getting a sales pitch for something I don’t need. Good people doing good work.

Sears Heating and Cooling did a great job replacing our HVAC system. The price was reasonable and the technicians were friendly. Jerry and Blake were a great team. They worked continuously until the job was complete. They even put up with me cleaning the area several times. Thanks for a job well done.
