I had been suffering from White coat hypertension(fear of getting your blood pressure taken) for about three years now. I’ve tried so many different outlets to try to heal this issue. I decided to try hypnosis. Gabriela was so helpful. After the session I was able to regulate my blood pressure during my doctors appointment! I will continue to work on this. The session was so powerful and it helped me to gain an understanding of myself more clearly. I am grateful and highly recommend.
