Free Body is the best decision I made for my health in years! I had pain in my plantar fascia, and both Aubrie and Marc did such an amazing job not only treating me but educating me on the cause of this pain and giving me lifelong tools to manage this issue so I can maintain my active lifestyle. They were both very kind and friendly, making the process of receiving physical therapy that much more comfortable. I would recommend Free Body to any of my loved ones in need of physical therapy, and I would absolutely encourage anyone reading this to give them a call.

Free Body PT has been a great fit to address chronic lower back and neck pain. The staff are very knowledgeable and have created a strengthening plan to address the discomfort and build strength for improved long-term health. Staff check in at the start of each session and take notes, and are working with me to build on my specific plan week-to-week, increasing reps, intensity, and altering the routine as we progress. I highly recommend visiting the gym for your PT needs.

Free body is truly the best! I have been seeing the PT’s there for almost 2 months and they are are amazing! I feel so much better and honestly would highly reconsider them! I had an injury with my SI joint, glutes and back and within 2 months I am back to running, lifting weights and feeling great.

After being at a chain PT place I really appreciated the full service I got here. My first PT here was not for me but I was allowed to switch to another PT, Lauren who was a great match for me. She cares & knows here stuff. Everyone here is helpful and friendly starting from the front desk with Kay/Lorie, to assistants like Pam. They all work as a team to help you get results and healing.

Everyone at Sports Ortho was kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. I received a great amount of one on one and I always felt better after my visit. I highly recommend them.

Wow what a great place for pain relief, awesome people as well. Had a great experience coming here. Highly recommended!! Thanks Lauren, and to the whole team.

I had great experience with Dr.Lee! He gave me confidence back to go back to climbing after my shoulder injury. Also, he was able to pinpoint where my weaknesses are and how to improve them so that I can prevent similar injuries from climbing. I would highly recommend Dr.Lee especially more if you are a climber and have climbing related injuries.

Very happy with my experience. Dr Lee was thorough in explaining not just the symptoms but also the causes of my injury. He also gave me a lot of information how to lower chances of future injury while still striving towards my climbing goals. Would definitely recommend to others.

I highly recommend Dr. Lee for climbing related physical therapy. He was able to use specific testing to isolate strength deficiencies I had. Then he was able to suggest behavior modifications and develop a training regime to help eliminate the problem. All of this in one session. Thanks.
