Jesse is an incredibly attuned, empathic, and knowledgeable therapist. From the very beginning, I felt deeply seen and met by him in a way that allowed me to drop my guard and truly engage in the work. He has a unique ability to help me explore the mind-body connection with depth and nuance—something I hadn’t encountered in therapy before. It didn’t take long to build a strong sense of safety and trust; Jesse’s presence is grounded, transparent, and consistent. He holds space with care and clarity, making it easy to go into the deeper layers of my experience. If you’re looking for a therapist who can truly meet you where you are and help you reconnect with the fullness of who you are—mind, body, and spirit—Jesse is someone I’d wholeheartedly recommend.

My experience with Symmetry has been incredible. I have made progress I thought might never happen for me. Andrew specifically has been absolutely wonderful as a counselor, kind and reassuring but still challenging me to improve. Madison is amazing! I feel so heard by her and she takes time to really get to know you and always makes sure to write down important information. At first, I was nervous to get another psychiatrist. I was so anxious about it but the receptionists who helped me out; picking a virtual appointment, choosing a psychiatrist, answering any questions, and made the whole process so easy, they’re always so sweet and one lady had helped me change my last name that was on file. She was the sweetest and I appreciate her! I highly recommend virtual visits as it makes it more accessible especially since I’m not in the area.

Lifestance has been a huge help in maintaining and managing my medications and offering telehealth options for appointments. The doctors and nurse practitioners that I’ve interacted with have been very understanding, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend.

Really easy and intuitive to book, nice office with water, and simple coffee, tea. Very easy to check-in on phone beforehand or in reception area when you get there. Great overall experience.

There is truly no way to describe how Jessica Beaston has changed my life! Her and I met while she was my Student Counselor at Quincy Senior High School when I was just a freshman! While navigating your teenage years isn't the easiest, whether it be mental or physical health, Jessica took a weight off my shoulders. Without her, I don't think I would be where I am today! As I enter my senior year at the University of Illinois, Jessica and I still stay in contact to this day! I highly suggest those struggling to seek her assistance because it is unmatched.

My therapist is highly skilled, and I benefit from each session with her. I came to Ms. Nina traumatized and in a constant loop of suffering. I had a previous therapist that did more damage than good. Ms. Nina is helping me to heal from all the pain and trauma that I've experienced. I can feel the difference within myself since starting therapy. I highly recommend Ms. Nina.

Ms. Thompson-Keene was very professional and easy to talk to. She was patient and listened intently to what I said, making noted without me feeling she was not listening. She asked about things I spoke of early and was so kind. 5 stars in my book.
