On vacation in Chicago 6 hours away from home and I was luckily enough to get strep throat. I was in tears and in pain and lucky enough to find capsule who delivered right to our hotel! I didn't have to take a subway train or taxi in an unknown city to get my antibiotics. I'm beyond grateful.

Our service representative Emelyn was helpful and professional. She answered our questions and spent time finding solutions. Capsule is lucky to have her as a representative.

I've been with Capsule for 4 months I think, and never had a problem. Very kind and patient Representatives that I have spoken with! Highly recommend them.

Still my favorite Walgreens. Always so organized and such a friendly staff. Came to grab a prescription but I continue to forget the pharmacy doesn't open till 9a. Unless there are issues preventing me from getting off on time, I am usually done by 8:30a and will just walk on over. Fifteen minutes may not seem like a long time to and add to a basket you never intended to get. Being a favorite store means you know where everything is. Therefore, filling a basket is easy.

Julien was my cashier yesterday afternoon when I visited Walgreens on Randolph & State in Chicago. He was very courteous, friendly and pleasantly acknowledged my charitable contribution. Thank you, Julien!

I have been to many Walgreens through my years, but the one on State and Randolph is hands down my absolute favorite. It's a one stop shop and has everything you need. A great selection of wines and cheeses, delicious fruit selections, fresh made sushi, a Freshii in house. Don't forget your cosmetics and prescriptions. Always clean and always friendly staff.

I just wanted to share how Happy and Satisfied I was working with Haydee's (Bakery)customer service and outgoing personality. She did an Amazing job with my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary cake and cupcakes. I highly recommend her.

I had a wonder interaction with Jeremy at drop off. He was so helpful and quick it was very nice to be treated like a human and Asha at checkout was very sweet. The whole pharmacy was kind and they went out of their way for the handling of everything. Thank you all so much!

Great selection and 24 hour access males this a very good example of what Jewel stores could be.
