"Pondicheri is an industrial-chic spot offering Indian combo plates and unique dishes inspired by the streets of Mumbai. Chef and co-owner Anita Jaisinghani, of Sindhi descent, was born and raised in India. Although she trained and practiced as a microbiologist, she developed a passion for food early in life. Pondicheri creates its meals from scratch, curating ancient ingredients, Vedic secrets, and traditional methods to deliver the healthiest, most vibrant, and memorable tastes of India. The menu features a variety of flavorful options designed to satisfy every palate, including seafood, thalis, spicy soups, and curries. "Kiran's is an upscale restaurant in Kirby Grove offering inventive Indian fusion cuisine. Chef Kiran Verma specializes in refined North Indian dishes, blending traditional techniques with contemporary influences. The menu accommodates vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-sensitive diets, with all meat sourced sustainably, free of antibiotics and hormones, and both lamb and chicken halal. Signature offerings include the Masala Dosa, made with a lentil and rice crepe filled with paneer bhurji, aloo masala, or lamb keema, served with sambar and coconut chutney. Absolutely love this restaurant. The interior and location are so beautiful. Most importantly, they have a huge menu full of vegan and gluten free options that are clearly labeled. It’s amazing to be able to choose from so much different options. Everything I’ve ordered here so far was amazing, really flavorful, and delicious. The baked goods, of which some are vegan and gluten free are always really good. It’s a great spot for a date night or night out with friends and their patio is beautiful and dog friendly. Highly recommend!

We ordered the Crispy Cauliflower, Paneer Frankie, Sai Bhaji, Adrak Tea and Lemon tart. Adrak Tea and Lemon tart are not in the pic as we took it for the Road. The main dishes were very yummy and portion size was filling for us. The ambience is nice and it was a pleasant surprise to see bronze serving plate with steel cutlery. We would love to try other dishes when we visit next time!

Great spot for Indian inspired pastries. Make sure you go upstairs to the bakery for the good stuff. Loved the beet roti, pav bhaji kolache, cumin cheese bun, and tandoori chicken tart. There’s indoor and outdoor seating, and there’s free street parking and a free garage nearby.

MUSAAFER REVIEWS

We had the Mother’s Day tasting menu this evening. Our server Melissa was very attentive, made excellent cocktail recommendations and had excellent descriptions and stories for each course. The food was delicious - my favorite was the cholle kulche, the chickpea was perfectly spiced! My only critique is as the night went on, the pacing of the courses was a bit slow and so the last savory and the dessert felt like they dragged a bit. Over all an excellent meal!

Absolutely loved the food! We ordered several vegetarian dishes, and they were all bursting with flavor. Every dish was prepared to perfection. The staff was very polite, and the service was prompt. Our favorites were Baingan Bharta, Kofta, and Biryani—highly recommend them! The only thing we didn’t love was the naan, which was a little too crunchy. Other than that, everything was excellent, just cutting one star for the naan in the food rating!

From the moment we walked in, we felt transported to a beautiful place! The service and food were excellent. Ronaldo was our waiter and answered all of our questions about the menu since it was our first time there. He also timed things perfectly. Every item we ordered was delicious - we especially loved the Palak Paneer and the Mishti Doi dessert. Their Michelin star is well deserved. We cannot wait to come back!

Terrific atmosphere for really delicious Indian fare in an elegant space. We came here for dinner and from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left, the staff was welcoming, polite and attentive. Our waitress, Tara, was knowledgeable about every dish, made thoughtful suggestions and clearly was a professional through and through. We ordered pani puri, lamb keema, chicken murgh malai, vegetarian thali (with dal, korma and palak paneer) and Punjabi thali with 2 types of naan and rumali roti. For dessert we had the three kulfi flavors with our favorites being the chai and pistachio. Tara also brought out a wonderful lemon cheesecake for the birthday girl. Great wine list as well as a well made martini. Overall a wonderful experience! Highly recommended by our Indian taste buds.

We had the best afternoon tea at Kiran’s! It was simply amazing! Everything was top notch from the initial reply to request a reservation, asking if there are any food allergies or restrictions, greeting upon arrival, the ambiance, beautifully prepared food presentation, tea service and leaving the restaurant. Would highly recommend over 100%!!!

I went to Kiran's for Afternoon Tea. The food was wonderful and the harpist was great. I try to go once a month for the food and experience.
