Torchy's Tacos initially started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for tasty meals. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. Torchy's Tacos is a fantastic chain of restaurants sporting a wide variety of tacos and drinks. Kids Menu dishes include Bean and Cheese Taco, Pig in A Poncho, Chicken Taco, Cheese Quesadilla, and Chicken Quesadilla.
