I have had the privilege of working with the best designer ever over the past year with our new build...Katie Smithart! I engaged with EED right as we contracted with a local builder. Although they had in-house I chose to engage EED and Katie. Best decision and value ever! Katie has been with me every step of the way and helping coordinate all our choices. She took the time to understand my style and what I wanted to accomplish! She helped my husband be able to visualize the dream I had with the renderings! She was so patient and SO creative! Her attention to detail has been second to none and invaluable throughout the process. She has guided me along the way and not afraid to "correct" me before I made a bad choice! We had had a wonderful partnership! We are a few weeks out from closing and I can't wait to celebrate with her! I recommend EED and Katie to anyone working on new builds or and remodeling! I was hesitant at first to use a staging designer to sell our home and the amount of work it was going to take to move my stuff out to bring the staging items in, but I was pleasantly surprised on how AMAZING our home looked after EED did their magic!
