Mary Patten was the sales representative I worked with and she was very knowledgeable on all products. I bought all of my tiles from them as well as a full appliance package and got a fabulous deal. Mary was professional, nice, responsive and took care of all of my needs. I would definitely recommend this business for anyone looking to remodel their home or a refresh of any space. It's a one-stop shop with great quality and they stand behind all of their products. Even down to the delivery men that brought all appliances were also very helpful and fast, they brought all appliances from the truck into my home in less than an hour. I was very impressed. My experience with Kitchen and Bath Cottage was great. They did all the cabinets in our home. I love all the little extra features that they offer with cabinets and drawers. Their customer service was great as were the employees who installed all of the cabinets. We have Wolf brand and Sub Zero appliances and love them. They stand behind all of there products.
