Brad C was an incredibly awesome service tech!! Everything from punctuality, mannerism, professionalism, and whom takes pride in his workmanship. I couldn't have asked for a better experience today. It's Saturday and I called to scheduled an appointment for someone to check on a few things about my garage door. Thinking sometime next week or so, right? Never ever expected they would be there in an hour!! Brad was very thorough with explaining all of his findings and recommending the solutions for me to choose from. Fair priced and got it all taken care of in a little over an hour! Yes, I would seriously recommend OGD to everyone especially and hope they will receive service like I did today!! 100% satisfied!!!! Mr Campbell leads the way in quality customer care!! Thank you so very much.

This was an amazing experience. I called Friday mid day. Within 2 hours Brad came by. I told them I needed the whole door replaced. Brad looks at everything and tells me that he can fix it without replacing the whole door. Saving me thousands. This just shows the level of integrity they have. He fixed everything quickly and with great quality of work. Very pleased and will be recommending to everyone i can.

The service tech Brad arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what was going on with our garage door and gave us the cost up front . He had all the parts needed to service and repair our door . He was fast and efficient. Our door works like new ! I would recommend OGD and would definitely use them again.
