After the last few storms we had some water trickling down the chimney...called New buck, they took a look and let me know everything was fine, confirmed I didn't need a sweeping and didn't charge me anything. Rare to find this kind of honesty these days! Would be glad to call these guys in the future when I have a real issue.

Kevin and his assistant performed an evaluation on our 167 year old fireplace and chimneys. Kevin was forthright and honest in his evaluation, which unfortunately was that further use based upon their current condition could endanger an already ancient home. He provided some useful options, was reasonable in his pricing, and he and his assistant were courteous, knowledgeable and thoughtful in all their interactions with my mother and me. Great team, will call again if further attention is needed for the fireplace and chimneys. Thank you fellows for your help.

Kevin and his team are great to work with! We have used them for a few chimney inspections as well as replacing a damaged cap. Every time we have used them they have been punctual and professional. Could not recommend them enough if you need any chimney services.

Great service and very professional. My chimney was extremely dirty and Michael came out and cleaned it very well and even inspected the chimney on my outside fireplace. I highly recommend Louisiana Chimney Services, top notch service.

Thank you to Louisiana Chimney Services! Flow sensor on brand new dryer alarmed up to 95% blockage in vents. Michael promptly answered the phone, arrived with tools in-hand, and knew exactly where to start. Superb customer service, friendly, down to earth, and easy to work with. Property maintenance supervisor provided support and with combined efforts, dryer vents cleared of debris. Michael also shared a wealth of knowledge on chimneys, air flow, and fire prevention.
