Very professional and courteous service. Spent several weeks dealing with shipping problems that were beyond their control to help me get a replacement part for my computer, only charged me $9, and even gave me a second replacement that they'd accidentally gotten for free. Any other store would have charged me for the hours they spent tracking down my part and dealing with the vendors. Would highly recommend. Staff and management are very polite and helpful!

Pat and Nicole are great at what they do and so friendly! The people at the other places I went to basically told me I needed a whole new laptop, but here they looked at it closely, found the source of the problem, and were able to order a part AND get it fixed in only 2 days!
