Our technician, Shane, was awesome. He came in and quickly diagnosed the problem. Took care of it quickly and had our air conditioner working in about 15 minutes. Not only that, when I called for help, the earliest appointment was Wednesday. Shane came on the same day I called - Monday. I received a phone call Plano TX on Friday night from my neighbor in Shreveport who heard my alarm go off and went over to shut it off. My master bedroom and bath were under water. He shut off the water and locked up the house. After getting a cleanup crew to start work, I called Bobby L. Greene Plumbing early Monday and was surprised when they told me they could have someone at my house before lunch! A very pleasant and experienced plumber named Aric Wilkerson showed up a little after 10:00 a.m. and quickly diagnosed the problem - a small leak that was somewhere in a hot water loop. Aric was very knowledgeable about B. L. Greene's capability, and he explained a lump sum option offered by his company to locate and fix the actual leak no matter how long it took - he set up for one of the company's specialists to be at my house the next day. Early the next morning, Jesse Bradford showed up to begin work. He pinpointed the leak, and with the help of his apprentice Austin, ran a PEX overhead through the attic, insulated it, and were finished around 3:30 p.m. All this was done for a little less than what the job would have cost me if I paid the hourly rate. Keenan and his assistant were fantastic! Very professional, timely, and efficient. We had a small leak and an issue with a toilet. They were able to squeeze us into have the leak looked at the same day even though they were booked that day. Found the leak and shut that line off before any damage could be done. Advised us on what needed to be done, got us scheduled, and had everything repaired promptly. When the work was preformed, it was well done, quick, and very clean with no trash/debris left behind. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using him for our future needs.
