Hargrove Roofing did a great job on our new roof. Brian, the first person we spoke with, was straightforward and easy to deal with—he didn’t come across like a salesman, just someone focused on providing a solid service. And that’s exactly what we got. Tanner, the crew lead, was great throughout the process. He communicated clearly the entire time the crew was on-site and was very respectful of our home. The crew worked quickly and efficiently, and the roof looks excellent. One thing that stood out was their attention to detail in cleanup. They had multiple guys going around with magnets to pick up nails, and even when I went behind them with my own magnet, I couldn’t find a thing. Overall, I’m really happy with their service and would definitely recommend Hargrove to anyone needing roofing work done.

Dealing with Hargrove Roofing for my new roof was so easy ! Blake, the sales rep, explained everything and communicated with me before and after the job was completed. The work crew was mindful of my property and cleaned up the yard as if they were never there! The new roof compliments my home! Hargrove Roofing did a fabulous complete roof replacement at my Plano house. They upgraded my attic ventilation as part of their base bid while others wanted to up charge me. And they saved me thousands by not replacing my gutters and the gutters were is perfect shape after the job. The workers were organized, maintained a clean site and did a great job. I'd highly recommend based on my fantastic experience.

I received four quotes from different roofing companies and selected Gold Star to replace my recently hail damaged roof . Will came out the day after I requested a quote and provided a fairly priced, very detailed proposal during the same visit. He provided a lot of good information and was able to address all of my questions and concerns. The installation occurred on schedule a couple of weeks later as Will had indicated and we are very pleased with the professional behavior, quality of work, and results that Gold Star provided. Monte Black did a great job of ensuring that our concerns were met and that all of the details were covered. The job also included replacement of our gutters and we were very pleased with the service, and quality of that as well. I am very pleased with every aspect of the service that Gold Star provided and I recommend them highly.
