Will came out the day after I requested a quote and provided a fairly priced, very detailed proposal during the same visit. He provided a lot of good information and was able to address all of my questions and concerns. The installation occurred on schedule a couple of weeks later as Will had indicated and we are very pleased with the professional behavior, quality of work, and results that Gold Star provided. Monte Black did a great job of ensuring that our concerns were met and that all of the details were covered. The job also included replacement of our gutters and we were very pleased with the service, and quality of that as well.
