This is the second time we've used Pelican for a home inspection, and they've been nothing but fantastic! Foxe is VERY thorough, to the point where I don't know if I want him inspecting my house lol. He looks at pretty much every aspect of the house and gives realistic expectations of expected repairs. I highly encourage anyone buying a new home to use Pelican and request Foxe Smothers if able!

I would recommend Robert Cross for a home inspection to anyone! He was easy to work with, thorough and very detail oriented. He is geniunely a great guy. I was a nervous first-time home buyer but he made me feel well taken care of and fully understand the pros and cons of the house I was interested in buying. He even backed up our meeting time by an hour to accommodate my work schedule on his wedding anniversary evening to inspect the house, meet with me to walk through and explain everything, and even took a few more minutes to see if he, himself, could fix the crystal doorknob that I loved so much! I can't rave enough on how amazing this home inspector was! Thank you so much Robert!

You get what you pay for! This is the second home I purchased in the North Bossier area and Mr. Cross might be marginally more expensive then other inspectors but he is far more detailed then the other inspector I used. I will be personally using Cross Home Inspections for all my future home purchases or home inspections and I highly recommend his services.

Mr. Cross was amazing!! He generated an extremely thorough report and left no stone unturned. He catches the big things as well as the small. He is knowledgeable, patient, and honest!! After the inspection he has photos and videos of everything in his report that he will go over with you. If you are buying a home this is the man to call for an inspection! I am a lifetime customer and will tell everyone that I know.

Stephanie was extremely thorough in her home inspection, her presentation of the findings, and in conducting the report. I am not well-versed in her area of expertise, but she made me feel comfortable and explained everything in a way that helped me to understand. The report was incredibly impressive and easy-to-read. The presentation of the report indicated mild problems, somewhat concerning problems, and immediate safety danger issues...and it was even color-coded and contained the type of specialist that I would need to repair the problems. Outstanding! She was incredibly personable, and as a first-time home-buyer, I really appreciated her demeanor and the time that she took to make sure I knew what issues I would be facing in my home. Highly recommend!
