YOSHI'S REVIEWS
Tried the Kazuo Omakase w Dragon roll, Rainbow roll, Alaskan Roll, Ribeye, and Black cod. Rolls were tight, but on the larger side. Rice tasted slightly sweet, likely sugar added. Ribeye cooked to taste, chopped, and sauced over broccollini. Due to timing, it came out luke warm and likely wasn't rested long enough before sliced. Black cod was tender, cooked in miso sauce. I wish it was marinated longer. The table next to us had a large tempura dish, which I'd be tempted to try next time. Overall, solid food, good service, lovely restaurant.
The mashed potatoes infused with shishito peppers was a revelation. I have literally never had anything like it. The lobster sushi roll was also tremendous. The flavor on the chicken thigh was muted, but it was paired with the mashed potatoes, so that was okay. The duck confit spring rolls fell flat, but the Kobe beef carpaccio was really good. Robin, our server was excellent, and the venue for the show was perfect. The ambiance and acoustics were amazing. I will be back soon.
First visit to Yoshi's and was not disappointed. Intimate venue to attend concerts from top smooth jazz artists in the country. Seats bit tight. Great burger and fries. Validated parking was a nice amenity. Look forward to a future visit. Parking: Validated parking offered for a discount.

RAMEN SHOP REVIEWS
Absolutely amazing food. The ramen here is some of the best, very rich and delicious broth. We sat at the ramen bar, it was very fun watching the chefs cook the meals. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Had the pickle plate, the dumplings, pork fried rice and the shoyu brisket ramen.
This is not just a ramen shop, it is an institution. Spacious and intimate at the same time, two bars, cool music. Ramen broth is clean and yummy, cocktails are innovative and balanced. We had 4 different cocktails and each was fresh and pleasantly unexpected. If you suffer of FOMO, you definitely have to sample the cocktail menu. The Yuzu Gold Rush is the bomb and surprisingly pairs really well with the scallop ramen.
Delicious!! Nice spaced out outdoor seating. Also super easy to order. Broth was very flavorful and rich. Definitely recommend!

MARUFUKU RAMEN REVIEWS
Delicious food, the Tacoyaki was the most fresh that I ever tasted! The Ramen was pretty good too the ambient was nice as well, the price is following the tendency of this days.. 2 people 2 Ramen 1 tacoyaki $45 with tax and before tip. Not sure what they say when you go inside, but we realize that they didn't for us!!
Definitely make reservations unless you really like to wait. Food is excellent. The DX is the way to go for the Ramen: full of flavor and you’ll leave full. Service was prompt, efficient and polite. Parking: It’s the busy zone in telegraph. So if you swing around a couple blocks you’ll eventually find a spot, but don’t leave anything you want in your car.
One of my go to spots for Ramen! The broth is so delicious. I order the Hakata Tonkotsu DX ramen. Perfect for a chilly day and great meal with friends. Only negative is that seating is close quarters inside. I’ve also ordered delivery from a food service and I don’t recommend that. It just wasn’t the same as having hot fresh ramen in the restaurant.
