Giganti & Giganti has made this whole experience so easy for me. They have a great selection, and actually listen to, and understand what it is you are wanting and looking for. We got both our engagement ring, and now her wedding band here. Would highly recommend. I hate shopping, and this has been a very pleasant experience working with them.

I was looking for a specific Rolex and reached out to Josh—he had it in stock and ready to go. I’m in Colorado and asked if they ship and accept Amex; he said yes, and 24 hours later I had the watch on my wrist. The packaging was top-notch, and Josh even included a personalized message, which was a great touch. Their team kept me in the loop the entire time, with updates every step of the way. Amazing experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be buying from them again soon.

We had an amazing experience with Luttrell Jewelers! I bought my wife a ring and they were very knowledgeable. We ended up exchanging it for another one and the owners were very patient and understanding. We will definitely be back.

Luttrell Jewelers is the only jewelry shop you’ll need in Springfield and the surrounding area. I recently purchased a new jewelry piece and had in house work done on my existing wedding and engagement set, and I couldn’t be happier with both! Everyone treated me with such respect and were very helpful and timely with the whole process. Shane did an amazing job repairing and refurbishing my ring set — they sparkle like new.

I needed my wedding set resized and some repairs done. I was told that it would be 8 weeks but was only half the time. When I got my ring back it looked brand new and was so beautiful. Thank you for such great and reasonably priced work.
