I really enjoyed my time living at Orchard Park Apartments. The managers were always helpful and on the ball, and the maintenance team was skilled and dependable. Everyone there is friendly and works hard to keep things in tip-top shape, whether it's freezing and snowy in the winter or scorching hot in the summer. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run place to call home.

I have really enjoyed my stay here at Orchard Park. The buildings are old but the apartments themselves have been renovated. The grounds are kept clean. I feel very safe. The office employees are fantastic. If I ever have any issue they get on it right away.

Love it here at Orchard Park Apartments. The office staff and maintenance staff are awesome. They have always been there for me and I appreciate them all so much.

HILL MEADOW APARTMENTS REVIEWS

I stayed for 2 years and my experience was excellent. Neighborhood was quiet, peaceful and safe. The owner and manager Chris was very friendly, responsive to any maintenance and adjusted to special requests. I stayed in a 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment with high ceilings and ample space. Lots of greenery and parking space around the complex. We had to move for work related reasons but we will miss our apartment. A good place to stay in Springfield, close to Washington park, groceries, gas and pharmacies.

I lived at Hill Meadows from 2017-2025 and I enjoyed living in my apartment. The landlords are nice and prompt in getting things fixed. It a quiet apartment complex, no loud noise, no problems with neighbors. It’s close to grocery stores, banks, gas station, park and restaurants. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an apartment.

Really quiet, great location, within walking distance to one of the nicest parks in Springfield, nearby shopping areas, the works. Loved that the apartment backed up to a small wooded area, really was nice to see the wildlife and the changing of the seasons right outside the kitchen windows. On-site property management was a great plus, and Chris was great to work with. Got me into the lease in record time. Truly one of the best kept secrets in Springfield!.

I live here now I love it here and the staff here are just wonderful The manager Trisha raven and Connie are all great and helpful people, and get the job done I ask and they are all over it. No wait time on anything. And since this shutdown they have also been every helpful with helping with assistant, such as groceries for the families little dinner snacks things for the kids. Not just my family but they will walk around helping families. Thank you beautiful ladies this is what America needs people helping people. Sincerely Ebony!!!!!!!!!.

I love the ladies that work at the boulevard. They are always sweet and respectful. I'm there first deaf person to move in. My move in was smooth and easy .The place is clean and beautiful will be my home for a while.

When I have a issue the staff takes care of it for me .Thank you they are way more than 10 stars, just strive for the best in people and its my personal experience here now going on 7 nyears.
