Staff is excellent. As a female I never felt uncomfortable or dismissed. They did what I asked and didn’t do anything that didn’t need to be done. They are honest and informative. I’ve always had a mistrust of mechanics but I definitely feel comfortable with them. I’ve been there twice and am very happy and pleased with the care they provided to me and my car. Highly recommend Law Automotive.

The staff there at Law Automotive was quick to get me in! It’s convenient and super close to where I work so that’s a bonus!! They’re always super friendly in answering any questions I have and get what needs fixed on my vehicle! I’ve been there several times and they always get the job done and give me a call or text when it’s ready.

I had a hose radiator break on the F250. They worked me in even though they were busy that day. They do excellent work. I will not use anyone else. Thank you to Law Automotive that day was greatly appreciated.

Anytime I have questions or need a repair I come to this location! They are extremely friendly, welcoming and honest! This team is amazing. RJ is the best! Super knowledgeable and gave me all of my options with no pressure. Joey is also very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. If you have car repair needs come to this location you will not be pressured or disappointed. Thank you car x team on Jefferson.

Went to get New brakes and found more issues. Joseph the manager went way above and beyond and long hours to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive especially in the snow. I am leaving as on happy customer.

My van broke down 4 hours from home on a Saturday afternoon. I was able to get a quick appointment here and they were able to get me back on the road and safely home. They were very thorough and honest.

Can express enough how grateful my family is to John and the team at Wilkerson's. On our drive back home to Michigan our alternator went out. Not only were they the most reasonably priced shop around, they were extremely accommodating and quick with the repair. They even picked me up from our hotel to pick up my vehicle. Thank you to the team for getting us back on the road and making a tough situation feel less stressful.

Staff was friendly and communicated both clearly and respectfully. What my car needed was diagnosed within several hours of me dropping off and was ready by the end of the workday. I definitely recommend Wilkerson's for any service your car may need.

Wilkerson's has serviced every car for my whole family for the last 20 years. I moved to the other side of Springfield and tried some other mechanics but had to go back to Wilkerson's because they are reasonable and fair.
