3 Best Furniture Stores in Springfield, IL

My wife and I went in just looking/pricing for a sectional couch. We were greeted by Justin, who showed us around, he asked us what we were interested in and we found a deal on a sectional that we couldn’t pass up. Since it was on sale and they were offering 5 years 0% we walked out with a brand new couch that will be delivered in two weeks. I have to say Justin was awesome. He knew the measurements off the top of his head for the couches we were looking at, super knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and engaged with my kids all around experience 10 out of 10.

I just bought a recliner at furniture Row. The salesman was a man named Brendan. He was absolutely wonderful. He was not pushy, but very professional and knew everything about the chair I wanted to buy. He was very patient with me while I tried out several chairs and even went to two other stores to shop for recliners. I would recommend furniture Row to anyone looking for furniture.

We visited the showroom on 3 separate occasions and worked with 3 employees before purchasing. All were very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. Our decisions were made however after an in home consultation with the designer Justin. He helped us figure out colors and furniture combinations that worked with our existing window treatments and paint color. We have not yet received our finished products but we are looking forward to seeing everything come together.

Our rep, Zach, was absolutely wonderful. It was very professional, very courteous, provided a great deal of information, checked all inventory of every chair we looked at, and we are very grateful. La-Z-Boy is the only chair I personally have ever purchased, have had three in my lifetime. They last many many years and their service calls are always done professional, professionally and courteously.
