She is straight forward, very nice, welcoming , kind hearted, very professional and da** good at what she do. Recently, I needed my gold chain's clasp repaired. It has much sentimental value, as my parents gave it to me on my 21st birthday and my mom recently passed. It has my cross on it and I almost lost it. They were so wonderful. Not only did they repair the clasp but tightened up the connect and polished it up. They went above and beyond, giving me instructions on how to extend the life of this chain and cross. I was so very thankful to be able to trust them with this favorite piece of jewelry that I rarely remove. Then you David Nelson and staff!!
