My boyfriend got me a heart clasp bracelet for Christmas. But he bought it in October. I’m not entirely sure what their return policy is but the bracelet was too small. They accepted an exchange and I’m so grateful. There was a gentleman helping me and then I think his manager’s name was Desteny V. Thank you both so much!!!

I walked in Pandora last week. To purchase my wife a birthday gift. I was completely lost didn’t know what to get her. But the staff was amazing and very helpful. Special thanks to Elizabeth for helping me out. My wife loved her gift.

I gave 5 stars. Although there was a line of about 50 people waiting outside. The reps moved pretty quick and courteous. The wait was about 15 mins. I new what I wanted. In and out. Nice
