I had the pleasure of working with Dina while shopping for a gift to celebrate my child’s arrival. I have had my eyes on a henri daussi piece for almost 10 years and IDC is the only local carrier of this designer. Naturally I had left my search for the ring until the very last minute and was very very pregnant at the time. Dina took the time out of her busy schedule to not only fit me in to see the piece three separate times, but she also took the initiative to retrieve the exact ring I had my eye on from one of IDC’s south Florida locations. She understood that my situation was timely (I literally went into labor the night we purchased my new ring) and she also understood my need to know the ins and outs of my purchase, why certain aspects of quality were important, and how every purchase is a big deal for a family.
