They were very patient and supportive in helping me navigate what I wanted to do and how I could incorporate family stones into the band, even offering the amazing suggestion to create a necklace as well. When I first walked in to James & Sons Jimmy greeted me at the door. I was in search for a couple of pretty hard to get pieces. Jimmy assured me that he will be able to get it for me although it may take a little time given the rarity of the pieces I was looking for.
