he best customer service ever! Thank you to Greg and Stephen for resizing/fixing my engagement ring and for helping me choose the perfect wedding band for my fiancé! This is the best place to go for rings, watches, even for some fancy blades. Also, this is the first jewelry shop I’ve been to where I haven’t felt judged because of how I look or how much money I was willing to spend. On top of that - they’ve been SUPER COVID SAFE!! Michael was absolutely WONDERFUL! His customer service skills were above my expectations. I knew everything that was going on with the servicing and repair of my ring every step of the way. I wasn't passed off to another employee, Michael was there from start to finish! And may I say, my wedding set LOOKS FREAKING AMAZING!!!!
