I just visited Radcliffe Jewelers to buy a watch, and all I can say is WOW to the entire experience!!! The store is spectacular as each showcase of jewelry and watches is more beautiful than the next. If you can't find what you want here, it probably doesn't exist. My customer service experience was PERFECT as my salesperson, Jen Lake, was extremely knowledgeable about my watch, sized it perfectly and answered all of my questions which confirmed that Radcliffe Jewelers IS the place to buy a quality Swiss watch. Jen was also affable, pleasant and respectful while assuring in her extensive knowledge of watches. If you are interested in adding to your collection of watches, as I was, Jen Lake at Radcliffe Jewelers should be you new "go to" person...you won't be happier.
