My experience with this store location and its staff has been undeniably the best experience I have had with a jewelry store! Bella,Melinda,Emily, and Brandon have show stopping customer service and, in my opinion, have the purest intentions of assisting you with your jewelry needs. We will be forever grateful to their smiling faces for unconditionally valuing us as customers. Our ideas and story stayed their focus as all four of them had their hand in helping make our wants come to fruition. I highly recommend this store as well as these sales associates!! Not to mention, the value at Reeds is amazing.

Emily was so amazing! We came in and bought sister charms and she looked at my ring I told her it was super dirty! She insisted on cleaning it and made it super cute and shiny! Her customer service was A + thanks so much Emily for your help! You were amazing.

Melinda was amazing! Right when we walked in she’s very welcoming and we felt as though we were in good hands. She did everything in our power to make sure we got the ring that we wanted well also not being very pushy on buying anything. Although we spent a short amount of time with her. I know we will be back for her great customer services soon.
