My fiancé and I went to a high end jewelry store in Wilmington and revived ATROCIOUS service. Rhudy’s was recommended to us and Rhudy’s did not disappoint. Maria was EXTREMELY helpful and her and the jeweler went way above and beyond anything we expected. We combined our mothers’ rings and Rhudy’s provided service like we’ve never received before. We will use Rhudy’s for all our jewelry needs for the rest of our lives. I recommend them to everyone.

This was a first class experience. The sales person was super nice and knowledgeable and while ordering we met the designer who provided me with several options and ideas for my design. The process was flawless from drawing design, approval, wax mold creation and approval and fabrication. In all it was approximately 30 days from ordering to delivery for three items. Tremendously impressed with the company and will go there again.

The entire staff at Rhudy’s Jewelry are a genuine compliment to their trade! Kelly, however, went above and beyond any reasonable level of customer service to ensure I had exactly what I needed! She was patient, informative and genuinely helpful in all aspects of our transaction! Her knowledge proved to be invaluable in helping turn my vision into a reality!
