Have worked with Brian on a couple necklaces and most recently an engagement ring. Super knowledgeable, personable, no pressure attitude, and received a great value. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Don't be mislead by this being a pawn shop as well if looking for jewelry. Honest, family-owned business. Be sure to consider Siegel's before being sucked into a "big box" jeweler.
I truly hate when I have to get a loan on something because I screwed up and didn't pay attention to finances, this is the place that I will take my stuff to because I know that Tim or Royce will take care of me 100%! I understand this is a business and I'm not going to like some of the pricing that I get for a loan however it's a business and they have rules.
I drive from Dubuque to do business with Siegel's ,they blow the Dubuque Pawn Shops away on pricing, quality and the most bang for your hard earned buck!!!! I would recommend my Priest to visit Siegel's, because I know he will be treated fairly.... A+++
