Louis and Laura were awesome! I brought in a bracelet I got for Christmas. The first time I wore it I got lotion on it and it made the top look cloudy. I bought an at home jewelry cleaner, but I still could not get it clean. Louis and Laura happily cleaned it for me even though it was not from Zales. They were kind and helpful and I left with a shiny bracelet and a smile on my face!

I stopped with my friend today to look around some engagement rings. Super friendly ladies there And very knowledgeable about what they're selling.Ronda specially was kind and helpful. Answered all my questions. Will definitely be going back again.
