When I first called for information I spoke with a woman (sorry, don't remember her name) who was very nice & after calling around realized she gave me a resonable price. I tried to make the appointment on line (because there's a $20 coupon if you book that way) but the website wasn't working. When I called back I talked to Jim, who gave me the same fair price plus honored the website coupon! He & his co-worker Chloe were very nice as well as respectful when picking up the furniture. This was a quick & painless process.

Very courteous and friendly Jim the owner is going to get on time to get the job done. Certainly the best guys I have had for moving and will put effort to make it to your satisfaction. Affordable and efficient. Thank you once again.

They responded promptly and were friendly on phone and in person with a “no problem, can do”’attitude. Good communication system to let you know their arrival time. Would definitely use their services again.
