This is a pretty cool place to spend the day with the kids in Fresno. The museum has a lot of fun hands on science and learning opportunities for kids of all ages and the cactus garden/park is beautiful to walk around in. One of the staff members brought out a giants snake and rabbits while we were there and my kids loved it! Sounds like they are going to be getting some renovations which will add to the experience.

A must visit after the Fresno Veterans Museum right across the street. It's hard to miss being the landmark that is. Most of us drive right by it never thinking twice that there's a small art gallery inside. Very nice staff and interesting art and jewelery right out Fresno it self. If you ever find yourself in the area it's definitely worth the stop.

Fresno Visitors should be compelled coming here, because for only $5, you will get the best guided tour of a historical place in California, and of course the mansion itself is breath taking, and is so well restored to the point I felt like Mr and Mrs Meux had never left. I have been to so many historical visits like - the Winchester Mystery house, Hearst castle, and Carson mansion; but even after visiting all those place, none impressed me as much as this place did.
