I am a huge, huge, huge history buff, it was my favorite in school and it still is to this day. The only thing was the tower was closed the day that we went, but i will come back so that i can go up there one day, even though i dont do well with heights haha. Anyways, the museum was amazing, all the different things that they had from world war one, just blew my mind, it was like stepping back in time with everything that they had there.

I love Union Station. As a child of KC, being brought through Union Station many times is a requirement of graduation from the public school system - I think. The first few times I stepped through the cavernous and intimidating great hall, I was struck in total awe at the grand scale of the thing. As the years progressed, I have become jaded in my adulthood, and find it remarkable, but regrettably without the inspiration. Nevertheless, what a wonderful place to have a jaunt and a skip through.

Went for the ghost tours the week before Halloween. The atmosphere was great. There was a firepit, hot cider, and great history provided. The staff was also extremely nice. The tour lasted around an hour and each room had its own event setup. I definitively plan to make it out to other events at the Wornall House.
